The Edge Health & Fitness Club boasts a fully air-conditioned gym with Precor cardiovascular and resistance equipment
Cardio – treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers, rowing machines, bikes
Resistance – leg press, curl and extension machines, lateral pull-down, bicep curls and more
Plus a separate space for weight training, including a free weight area. Includes Jordan free weights, bar bells, squat rack, Smith machine, kettlebells, dumbbells
Spin bikes are available in our large fitness studio which also provides an additional space to workout
Table tennis is also available for our members.
Poolside at The Edge includes a sauna, steam room and bubble pool as well as a heated swimming pool.
Relax after your workout on our comfortable loungers which look out onto the impressive views of the golf courses and Norfolk countryside beyond.
FITNESS & WELLBEING INSTRUCTORS
Our Fitness & Wellbeing Instructors set The Edge apart with the dedicated and helpful support and advice for our members.
Highly-trained and qualified personal trainers, our Instructors are on hand to provide training sessions, training plans for both in the gym and at home, nutrition plans and advice on your health and wellbeing to help you meet your goals and get the most out of your experience with us.
We have a fantastic range of both in-person and virtual fitness classes available to our members.
These run throughout the week and virtual classes are available on-demand in our studio.
The classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness and experience.
Classes include Zumba, Pilates, circuit training and aqua aerobics.
Craig coaches all levels of ability and if you’re just starting or never played before, rackets and balls are available for hire and to purchase. There’s also an on-site racket re-stringing service available for squash, tennis and badminton rackets.

The Edge Health & Fitness Club has two outdoor tennis courts which are available to use throughout the year.
The tennis courts are free to use for members and hotel guests.
