Our Fitness & Wellbeing Instructors set The Edge apart with the dedicated and helpful support and advice for our members.

 

Highly-trained and qualified personal trainers, our Instructors are on hand to provide training sessions, training plans for both in the gym and at home, nutrition plans and advice on your health and wellbeing to help you meet your goals and get the most out of your experience with us.

SARAH

“My name is Sarah Wilson. I am the Edge Health & Fitness Manager. I previously worked here at Barnham Broom as Assistant Manager at The Spa. However, I also have an established interest and extensive background in health and fitness. I have been a fitness and wellbeing instructor for nine years and love sharing my knowledge in order to enable individuals to achieve their goals. 

My interests within health and wellness are broad, but I have a passion for kettle bell training sessions and sports massage among other disciplines. 

I take every opportunity to seek professional development and most recently qualified as a certified reflexologist. 

I look forward to continuing my fitness and wellbeing adventure with The Edge.”

 

TOBY

“Hi I’m Toby Forder, 20 years old and I’m your personal trainer here at Barnham Broom.

I’m extremely passionate about health and fitness and want to help you reach your goals and get results! I’ve played and followed sports my whole life and it’s something I put 100% effort and dedication in to. Not only does it make you feel better physically but mentally it can have a hugely positive effect.

My aim is to make you feel more comfortable in a gym environment. I’m here to help you achieve all of your goals, whether this is fat loss, muscle and strength gain or something else! I’m here to drive you forward and motivate you. If you have any questions, feel free to come and say hello. “

LUKE

“Since 2017 I have been a qualified level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer. 

I have trained clients from as young as 16, to the age of 85. My approach is relaxed, understanding and I will provide you with all the relevant knowledge and information needed to achieve your goals.

Monday to Friday: 6.30am – 9.30pm

Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays: 8am – 8pm
