Q. When can I check in?
A. Check in is guaranteed available from 3pm on your day of arrival. Please note you are welcome to use the facilities beforehand.
Q. What time do I have to check out?
A. Check out is until 11am on your day of departure. Rooms must be vacated by 11am. Please note you are welcome to use the facilities after you have vacated your room.
Q. Is there an option for late check out?
A. Yes, late check outs can be arranged subject to room availability. Please let us know if you require a late check out at time of booking or by speaking to Reception when you check in.
Q. What is available on room service?
A. We have a delightful range of light meals and drinks that you can get delivered to your room until 9.30pm. After 9.30pm we offer a sandwich menu.
Q. Where & when is breakfast served?
A. A hearty English or Continental breakfast is served from 7 – 9.30am Monday – Friday and 7 – 11am on Saturday – Sunday in the Brasserie. You can also have a Continental breakfast if you have an early start and need to leave the hotel before 7am.
Q. How do I book a room?

Q. What if I need to change my booking?
A. All you need to do is call us on 01603 759393 and let us know what you need to change and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before you are due to arrive, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
Q. Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
A. Yes, you’ll just need to launch your internet browser and then sign up for the service on the registration page to enjoy free internet access in your room and the public areas of the hotel such as the lounge and bars.
Q. What facilities are in the rooms?
A. You’ll find a hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe and a fridge. We also offer a laundry and dry cleaning service and our housekeeping team can provide an iron and ironing board, delivered to your room on request.
Q. How do I book a spa treatment?
A. We recommend booking Spa treatments at the time of booking your room, to ensure that you get the time that suits you. However, you can call us on 01603 757545 at any time to book a treatment or two.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. For hotel bookings, a deposit of £25 per person is required to secure your reservation. For group bookings, a deposit of £50 per person is required to secure your reservation. This can be paid by credit card or cheque made payable to Barnham Broom Hotel.

Q. Do you charge a fee if I book using a credit card?
A. We charge a £3 fee to book using a credit card, no charge will be charged using a debit card.
Q. Is there a safe luggage store if I am not leaving Barnham Broom after checking out?
A. Yes, we have a safe luggage store near reception for your luggage if you want to continue to use the hotel’s facilities after checking out. Please speak to Reception when you check out to arrange safe luggage storage.
Q. Where is the nearest cash machine?
A. There are three ATMs at Sainsbury’s on the Longwater retail park which is approximately 6 miles from Barnham Broom at the junction of the A47 and the A1074.

Q. What’s your parking like?
A. We have ample free parking both at the front and to the side of the hotel.
Q. Are you closed for any time during the year?
A. No. We are open to residents and non-residents 365 days a year.
Q. Is there a fee using my credit or debit card?
A. We do not charge any fee to use a debit card, however a non-refundable £3.00 admin fee applies to all credit card transactions on final invoice.
