An informal evening of fun, food and French Wine in the company of Steve Hearnden from Tastebuds Wines and James Conway Head Chef at Barnham Broom.

 

Steve Hearnden runs his French Wine importing business from Strumpshaw.  He is a retired lecturer in gastronomy and marketing from a university in London.   He is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality and an Associate of the Institute of Wines and Spirits.  He writes a monthly food and wine pairing column in the Norfolk Feast magazine.  Wine and food pairings are currently in the news and this evening is about learning and enjoying this aspect of dining.

 

The evening will start by Steve guiding diners through a tutored wine tasting, then going onto dinner in our private dining room, when the wines tasted will be drunk with the food.  Chef will give a brief description of the dishes being served.

 

Arrival at 6.30pm with tasting and tutorial 

7.45pm: champagne reception 

8.15pm: 4 course dinner served

  

Price for the fantastic evening only £54 per person
