Renowned for its specialised collection of Asian mammals, birds and reptiles the wildlife park is set in the beautifully landscaped grounds and gardens of Thrigby Hall built in the 18th Century. The Chinese style Willow Pattern garden is home to pheasants, cranes and Mandarin ducks as well as many other species. The wildlife area has crocodiles, snow leopards, monkeys, gibbons, deer, otters, aviaries, a tropical reptile house and the rare Sumatran tiger.
Feeling adventurous? Not for the mere-hearted the "Tiger Tree Walk" lets you walk through the trees tops over the tiger enclosure.
