At Barnham Broom Hotel we pride ourselves on using only the finest quality ingredients. Our menus feature a variety of tempting dishes created using locally sourced produce so we only use the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Our eclectic wine list boasts a variety of wines from around the world to compliment all tastes and budgets.

From our House Red Chilean Merlot, a deliciously luxurious wine with plum and dark chocolate aromas at £16.95 to a Chateau Lynch Bages 5eme Cru Pauillac which posseses unbridled quantities of power, richness and purity at £245.00.

We also offer a superb selection of white wines: from the aromatic, soft and fruity Wild South Sauvignon Blanc,
a multi award winner with a classic lychee and gooseberry nose and hints of tropical fruits on the palate; to a richer, fuller bodied Italian Chardonnay: a world class complex elegant wine with rich, smooth texture and floral aromas.
