CIRCUIT TRAININGClass choreographed to upbeat and motivational music. Includes a variety of movements and exercises concentrating on all those common 'problem' areas! Tone, tighten and sculpt your bum and legs to perfection combined with a great workout on your abdominals.
Our 60 minute workout comprises different exercise stations, each one works a different muscle group using a variation between aerobic and muscular work - great for improving overall fitness.

PILATES WITH SWISS BALLSThis is a brand new type of Pilates Class, developed in conjunction with the use of Swiss Balls and taught exclusively at The Edge. The class is aimed at strengthening the back, stomach and improving core stability.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMSFight the fat and tone your problem areas with our fantastic new legs, bums and tums class! Our low impact class is suitable for all levels of fitness and features various floor routines designed to target those hard to work areas we are all fighting to get under control.
