CIRCUIT TRAININGClass choreographed to upbeat and motivational music. Includes a variety of movements and exercises concentrating on all those common 'problem' areas! Tone, tighten and sculpt your bum and legs to perfection combined with a great workout on your abdominals.
Our 60 minute workout comprises different exercise stations, each one works a different muscle group using a variation between aerobic and muscular work - great for improving overall fitness.

PILATES WITH SWISS BALLSThis is a brand new type of Pilates Class, developed in conjunction with the use of Swiss Balls and taught exclusively at The Edge. The class is aimed at strengthening the back, stomach and improving core stability.
