This is a Yoga based fitness class using music for movements and relaxation. The Practice of yoga postures will help improve balance, equilibrium and health. It is a gentle but peaceful way of improving muscles, tendons, joints and internal organs too.

Pilates with Swiss Balls
This is a brand new type of Pilates Class, developed in conjunction with the use of Swiss Balls and taught exclusively at The Edge. So if you want to be one of the first in the country to enjoy this innovative new class, call the Edge to book your place.
The class is aimed at strengthening the back, stomach and improving core stability.
