We have a range of fitness classes many of which are free to members and hotel guests. Designed to suit all levels of fitness and experience and run at times convenient to accommodate all membership levels. And, even if you’re not a member or hotel guest you’re more than welcome to join one of the classes for a small charge.

YOGA

FITNESS YOGA: This is a yoga-based fitness class using music for movements and relaxation. It is a gentle way of improving muscles, tendons, joints and internal organs. All ages and levels of experience are welcome.

Classes:

Wednesday: 10am – 11am; and 11am – 12pm

Thursday: 10am – 11am

HATHA YOGA: It includes disciplines, postures (asana), purification procedures (shatkriya), gestures (mudra), breathing (pranayama), and meditation.

Classes:

Tuesday 7 – 8pm

Cost: Peak members and hotel guests FREE, Off Peak members FREE for morning classes and £5.00 for evening classes, Non-members £5.00.


Zumba

A dance-based fitness class using a fusion of Latin and international rhythms with easy to follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body.

Classes

Tuesday: 10am – 11am

Thursday: 11am-12pm

 Cost: Peak and Off Peak members and hotel guests FREE,  Non-members £5.00


Pilates with Swiss Balls

Pilates focuses on building your body’s core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

Classes:

Monday 10am – 11am and 11am – 12pm

Friday 10am – 11am; and 11am – 12pm

 Cost: Peak members, Off Peak members and hotel guests FREE, Non-members £5.00.


B&B

(Bar & Body)

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, B&B is a barbell and bodyweight workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Classes:

Monday 6pm – 6.45pm

Cost: Peak members and hotel guests FREE, Off Peak members FREE for morning classes and £5.00 for evening classes, Non-members £5.00.


Body Fusion

An exciting fusion of yoga, low impact cardio, and core strength. Your one stop, works-pretty-much-everything class with time to relax and breathe too.

Classes:

Wednesday 6.00pm – 7.00pm

Body Conditioning

Once you start you won’t want to stop! These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout.

Classes:

Friday 7.00pm – 8.00pm

Bootcamp

Get put you through your paces with this fun, high-energy interval class using a mix of equipment, to push you that little bit further and encourage a bit of healthy competition amongst the group.

Classes:

Thursday 6.00pm – 6.45pm

Sunday 10am – 11am

Blast FX

A resistance based, bodyweight class focusing on increasing muscle tone and reducing body fat. This choreographed class is a total body workout with special emphasis on increasing your core strength.

Wednesday 7pm – 8pm 

Saturday 8.30am – 9.30am

Aqua Aerobics

These invigorating, effective, but low-impact workouts in the water provide a total body workout that will burn calories and strengthen joints.

Classes:

Tuesday 9.15am – 10am

Friday 9.15am – 10am

HIIT

Better results, faster. Push yourself to the limit with quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker.

LEGS BUMS & TUMS

A full body workout designed to tone those troublesome areas. Classes may include cardio, bodyweight and mat work, and are great for those who want to lose weight or improve their fitness levels.

KBells

A total body class working on muscle tone, core stability, body balance and cardio with this fun-filled workout sing Kettlebells of varying weights.
