We have a range of fitness classes many of which are free to members and hotel guests. They’re designed to suit all levels of fitness and experience and run at times convenient to accommodate all membership levels. And, even if you’re not a member or hotel guest you’re more than welcome to join one of the classes for a small charge.
This is a yoga-based fitness class using music for movements and relaxation. It is a gentle way of improving muscles, tendons, joints and internal organs. All ages and levels of experience are welcome.

A beginner’s class is also available on Tuesday evenings, to ease you into the yoga routines.

Choreographed to upbeat music, the class includes a variety of movements and exercises concentrating on all those common 'problem' areas. The 60-minute workout comprises different exercise stations, each one working a different muscle group and is great for improving overall fitness.

Pilates with Swiss Balls
This is a brand new type of pilates class, developed in conjunction with the use of Swiss Balls and taught exclusively at The Edge. The class is aimed at strengthening the back, stomach and improving core stability.

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
