Q. How do I book a spa treatment?
A. Simply ring 01603 757545 or 01603 759393 and one of our therapists will take your booking.

Q. How do I know what spa treatment is best for me?
A. Our therapists are trained and highly qualified experts so will talk to you before booking your treatment about what you are looking for and then recommend the most appropriate treatment.

Q. Do I need to be a hotel guest or member of the fitness club to use the Spa?
A. No. The Spa is open to everyone so don’t hesitate to give us a call on 01603 757545.

Q. Are robes and use of the leisure centre included in my treatment cost?
A. Unfortunately not, both can be hired at an additional cost

Q. Do I need to pre-book any treatments?
A. Yes we advise you pre-book all treatments as the spa cannot guarantee spaces available on the day.

Monday 10:00am – 6:00pm
Tuesday 10:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday 10:00am – 8:00pm
Thursday 10:00am – 8:00pm
Friday 10:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday   9:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday 10:00am – 6:00pm

Closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Q. Where is the Spa located?
A. It is located next to hotel reception and a 5-minute walk through the hotel to The Edge Health & Fitness Club.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. A 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled with at least 24-hour notice. Cancellation within 12 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge.

Q. How early should I arrive for my treatment?
A. please arrive to the Spa 10 minutes before your treatment.

Q. How old do you have to be to have a spa treatment?
A. The minimum age requirement to have treatments in the Spa is 16 years of age. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate babies and young children in our Spa whilst mothers are having treatments.

Q. Is there a fee using my credit or debit card?
A. We do not charge any fee to use a debit card, however  a non-refundable £3.00 admin fee applies to all credit card transactions on final invoice.
