What’s the biggest group you can cater for?

We can cater for up to 150 guests at any one event.

What’s the minimum number of people I can book a room for?

We do not specify a minimum number of guests. We have a number of suites of different sizes to match to the number of guests in your group.

How much notice do I need to give you to book an event?

We do not specify a minimum or maximum notice period to book an event. However, as our suites are very popular, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred option.

Are you able to decorate the room for the event?

Do you make birthday/wedding cakes on site?

Our pastry chef can make birthday/wedding cakes for events held at Barnham Broom. For a bespoke quotation and to discuss your requirement, please speak to our Events Coordinator on 01603 759393.

Do you do room deals for people wanting to stay in the hotel on the night of an event?

We can offer a discounted rate on a two night stay to any guest attending an event held at Barnham Broom.
