Restaurant Supervisor
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who, in the absence of the Bars & Restaurant Manager, will be responsible for the overall smooth running of the Flints Restaurant.

Applicants must have previous experience in a similiar role, preferably within a 4 red star hotel and 2 rosette Restaurant.

Housekeepers
We are looking for reliable, hard working individuals to work in out Housekeeping Department.

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the bedrooms and public areas to the standard as trained.

Applicants need to be flexible as will be working as per rota, hours cannot be guaranteed and may include weekends. Minimum wage.

Marketing Administrator
We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to work under the close supervision / direction of the General Manager to undertake all aspects of Marketing administration for the hotel.

Duties include:-

• Website Management
• Stock control and management of all hotel printed material
• Leaflet distribution in the local area
• Organisation of all corporate entertaining & assisting with events when required
• Carrying out research calls / Internet research
• Attending fairs / trade shows where appropriate
• Sitting on hotel committees where required
• Carrying out mail shots and e-mail shots
• Attendance & minute taking at appropriate meetings

The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible and hands on approach to this varied and exciting role which is key to the smooth running of the hotel.

Kitchen Porter
We are looking for a full time Kitchen Porter to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Kitchen to the standard as set by the Head Chef.

40 hours per week and applicants must be flexible and reliable as they will be working on a rota basis.

Gym Instructor
We are looking for a full time Gym Instructor to help assist with the efficient operation and development of The Edge Health and Fitness Club.

Duties will include delivering fitness assessments, health checks and exercise programmes as well as working on the Leisure Reception desk and cleaning of the equipment.

Previous experience of teaching Aerobic Class would desirable.
